Somewhere digital world make us sad . why it is happening.know about it.

 Net surfing for timepasses or taking refuge in social media is common.  But when you get up from there, there are feelings such as loneliness in the mind, boredom of life, not being able to teach a lesson to the opposers.  This is especially happening among youngsters and children.  Eyes and mind are tired, sleep is different.  This is the sadness of the Internet, 





Internet sadness means sadness from the Internet!  Is this a new disease?  No !  It is a word related to mental health, which is becoming the reality of our life today.  Scrolling on the screen for hours is not only increasing loneliness, but it is also causing sadness.  Research is also showing that screen addiction is negatively impacting mental health.  People are praising each other in the digital world, but are not meeting real life people.  This distance is now facing us as a mental problem.  If we look at some of the suicide incidents of last year, then somewhere or some of the effects of virtual world were involved.  There is a double-edged sword. Internet is about internet sadness, so I would like to share the case of one of my clients here.  A parent taking his child's problem came to me .  He said that his child is not comfortable in meeting people.  His behavior is becoming increasingly harsh.  Counseling revealed that he was not comfortable talking to people because he had lost communication with real-life people.  Actually the Internet is a double-edged sword, In which the slightest inadvertence can be dangerous for us.  Research also believes that repeatedly scrolling on the screen without any work exhausts the mind.  According to a report, 83 percent of the people believed that they feel unable to do daily work without a smartphone. 

 Consider the Internet as a medium, not a friend. A threatening mail comes from a fake ID that if ten crore rupees is not given to them, they will kill their son.  Further investigation of the police revealed that this mail was not done by anyone else, but only his son studying in class five.  Who few days




 Already participated in hackingkeyworkshop.  Now the question is whether there should be age of children for internet usage.  Is it right to give a smartphone to children at a young age?  This is not possible to do in the digital age.  In such a situation, you have to decide what to see here and how much time to spend.  We all have to understand that the Internet is a tool, and it should be used as a tool.  Leave a selfie, observe, four people will sit together, but keep scrolling on the subscreen.  If you are more happy then you will take selfie.  But will not live without a screen.  According to a research in the Journal of Social and Clinical Psychology, more time spent on the Internet is causing loneliness for people in real life.  Of course, the proper use of technology has many benefits in the lives of people, but excessive use of it also causes discomfort and sadness among people.  So leave a selfie and get to know your loved ones.  This is important for your mental health.


It is an addiction that an average smartphone user checks their device about 47-63 times a day.  Victims of Internet addiction become so mentally distracted that they face more difficulties in dealing with their daily tasks, leaving them unable to successfully complete any task, which may cause their discomfort or discomfort.  Causes  By balancing gadget time and physical activity, you can avoid its pitfalls.  Evaluate yourself how much time you spend browsing online screens in a day.  Then from the next day, try to reduce this muay every day.  When you feel like surfing the net, talk to someone.  Being away from social media and screens for some time can help you manage your mental health.
